Here are some questions to think about before beginning the reading for week 6 of the Guided Reading Course:
Is it permissible to paint pictures of Jesus? What about God the Father, or the Holy Spirit? Does context matter (e.g. icons in worship, children’s Bibles, art galleries, graffiti, etc)? How many different positions might conceivably be espoused on this subject? What implications would follow from each position? What biblical and theological arguments might be relevant?
