Just when you thought the UK had reached the pinacle of madness, the US goes one step beyond.
Last week, the Christian Institute brought us the news that Lancashire Police had sought to forbid a Christian Cafe owner from showing Bible verses on a TV in his premises on the grounds that it breaches public order regulations.
This morning, we learn that a southern California couple has been fined $300 dollars for holding Christian Bible study sessions in their home.
Meanwhile, Chinese government officials expressed relief that the economic liberalisation necessary to fall in line with western policies will apparently not entail any relaxation of their current restrictions on religious freedom.
