In Forum a while ago, we spent some time comparing one small portion of our liturgy with a couple of texts of Scripture. The results were quite enlightening. They certainly kicked into the long grass the notion that biblical liturgy is the sort of thing you can dream up off the cuff. Here are the results in full colour.
